You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when You use our application MyAutoNest (the "Service"). If You do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Service.

MyAutoNest provides tools to store information about vehicles you own or manage. MyAutoNest also provides a vehicle spotting feature that allows users to use AI to identify the brand of a vehicle from an image. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you store in MyAutoNest complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may sign in by using an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Personal information is only stored as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Optional subscription plans are available for purchase within the Service via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions are managed by Apple under its own billing policies. MyAutoNest does not have access to your payment information. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple’s terms and conditions.

Data you store in MyAutoNest is stored securely using Google Firebase services. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not actively access or use your data except as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Location access is used solely for the purpose of tagging vehicle spot entries with location data. Location data is not shared with third parties and is stored securely as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

All content, design, source code, and branding associated with MyAutoNest are the intellectual property of the project owners. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without prior written consent.

MyAutoNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the project owners be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we process your data according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws. You have rights to access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of your data, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, You agree that Your information may be processed outside Your country of residence, including to the United Kingdom and/or the United States of America where our providers are located (Google/Firebase)
